My name is Taylor and I specialize in women’s health and fitness. For those in their 20s and 30s who are premenopausal, training according to and around your monthly cycle. For those in their 40s, who are perimenopausal, training in preparation for menopause. For those in their 50s, training in response to hormonal changes. And those in their 60s and 70s, who are postmenopausal, with science-supported training according to a decline in hormones.
